Lameda runs the same assistant, catalogue, and order flow underneath all three channels. Connecting one takes minutes; connecting all three does not multiply the work of running your store.
Why channels, not a separate app
Customers never have to leave the chat app they already use to buy from you. There is no Lameda app to download on their end: they message your Telegram bot, your WhatsApp number, or your Instagram account exactly the way they would message a friend, and your assistant takes it from there.
Telegram
Telegram connection is the most direct of the three, since Telegram bots are built for exactly this kind of automated storefront. Once connected from your dashboard’s Settings, you get a bot link you can share anywhere, whether that is your bio, your channel, or a QR code on a flyer, and any customer who opens it is talking to your assistant immediately.
WhatsApp connection ties your assistant to a WhatsApp number so customers can message it the same way they message any contact. This is often the highest-comfort channel for Nigerian customers, since most people already have WhatsApp open all day.
Instagram connection links your assistant to your Instagram account’s direct messages, which works well if you already post products and get DM enquiries from your feed or reels. A customer who slides into your DMs asking about a price gets an instant, accurate answer instead of waiting for you to see the message.
What happens after you connect
- Your assistant becomes reachable on that channel immediately.
- Every conversation, regardless of channel, lands in the same Orders and Customers views in your dashboard.
- You do not need to check three different apps: one dashboard covers all connected channels.
Once a channel is connected, the next thing worth getting right is your business profile, since that is what your assistant leans on to answer the first questions a new customer asks.
